Friday – today has been a day full of favourite things such as a cloudless blue sky, wall to wall sunshine and a feeling that the weekend is almost here … and to top it all off nicely a new addition to my wardrobe, the most gorgeous ditsy print floral jumpsuit @nextofficial.
It couldn’t be more perfect for a Spring day like today. It has the prettiest floral print in shades of pinks and blues on a navy background and the frilly cuffs and neckline give it a very feminine feel.
It has a very comfortable fit with wide legs and balloon like sleeves, with a matching ditsy print tie waist detail to give your waist definition and shape.
When it comes to shoes in the daytime I’m all for comfort and it looks great worn with a pair of my favourite GGDB sneakers . This jumpsuit is one of those pieces that is so easy to dress up or down. For an evening out all you’ve got to do is add a pair of heels – it’s going to be perfect for so many different occasions!

My love of hair accessories continues and this faux pearl hair slide from @masionarchiveslondon, the perfect addition to my outfit without distracting from the gorgeous ditsy print.
I’ve kept my jewellery simple too, with a silver love heart necklace from the British jewellery brand @Kitheathjewellery and two simple silver bead bracelets from @tiffanyandco.
The great thing about this jumpsuit is that it is going to be a versatile piece throughout the year. Perfect for springtime and warm summer days, but at the same time on those much colder days it can be layered with a skinny rib roll-neck or a denim jacket so I can get plenty of wear from it ….. which is definitely what we want from all the pieces in our wardrobe!
