It’s the most wonderful time of the year …..
… and possibly the busiest, but that aside I simply LOVE Christmas and everything that goes with it! Amidst all the mayhem it really is important to take time out and enjoy those things that make you happy. Evenings in front of a roaring log fire, family Christmas movies, mince pies, hot chocolate (and maybe a glass or two of fizz), long walks on cold crisp mornings wearing the cosiest knits (and they don’t come much cosier that those at @celticandco ) and spending time with those you love.
In our house Christmas doesn’t really start until the decorations are up and the tree is in situ …..and when it comes to dressing the house I tend to get a little bit carried away. The saying less is more goes out of the window – the more decorations the better!

It’s what beams were designed for …..
Every room in the house needs its own tree ….
…. and Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without some twinkle, fairy lights and the scent of a Christmas candle!
When the house is finally decorated, attention can turn to finishing off the Christmas shopping and getting everything wrapped up in time for the big day.
If you’re stuck for Christmas gift ideas then head over to @celticandco for some inspiration – whether its a gift for you or for someone special there are plenty of gorgeous items to choose, from cosy knits to sheepskin slippers that will ensure the cosiest toes.
…. and when it comes to stocking fillers they’ve got those covered too! You can receive 10% off all purchases @celticandco using the code WELLIES10.
Happy Christmas!
