When the contemporary British jewellery designer Georgina Bywater approached me to work on a collaboration to showcase items from her new collections over the coming months I was immediately struck by the timeless elegance and sophisticated style of her designs. All crafted in either sterling silver or gold vermeil and using high quality gem stones.
With a love of style and quality, founder and creative director Georgina Bywater has successfully developed and delivered a beautiful range of under-stated designs including necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. All her products are carefully designed and crafted in her Cotswold studio. Her business evolved from her discovery of an exquisite vintage necklace that gave her inspiration based around the idea of simple, timeless elegance.
Georgina places emphasis and focus on versatility, meaning that pieces can be worn on their own or in a variety of combinations to compliment your individual style. High quality and affordable prices makes her brand accessible to everyone.
All of Georgina’s collections are carefully designed along simple, fluid, clean lines to represent beautiful, informal everyday styling. She has a very strong belief that jewellery should simply enhance, not complicate an outfit.
I also believe jewellery should be all about individuality – it should have a timeless elegance and quality and say as much about you as your shoes and handbags do! Keeping it simple with a silver stack of bracelets creates effortless style!
My preference has always been for delicate, elegant silver jewellery that simply enhances an outfit. You will always see me with a stack of delicate silver bracelets on my wrist which I find the perfect addition to any outfit.
I’ve featured a selection of Georgina’s sterling silver bracelets which can be combined to make more of a statement, although they look equally as sophisticated and striking when worn alone.
