Getting personal with Anthropologie

It’s that time of year when I start making lists ….long shopping lists! It’s also that time of year when I get given lists, very long lists, from my children!

Being organised and on top of things during the festive season is something I like to do …. I’m not one to leave shopping until the last minute ( I’d love it if I could but that’s just not me!). I’ve already started thinking about those things I’ll be buying my nearest and dearest and dare I say that I’ve already put a few personal requests in too!!

I’m a little bit obsessed with monogramming; I love finding those items that I deem a little bit special because of the letter ‘S’ (for Sara) …. after all, I then know it’s mine.

Equally when it comes to buying gifts for other people I love to hunt things out with a ‘personal touch’. Where better to start than Anthropologie.

Last week I was wandering around the Anthropologie store in Edinburgh and it is fair to say I could have completed a lot of my Christmas shopping in one go. Entering an Anthropologie store is like entering Aladdin’s cave …. you want it all! There isn’t a better place to shop for personalised gifts.

With that in mind I thought I’d share a few of my favourite pieces, some that that will be going on my wish list and some that will also be wrapped up and ready to deliver to friends and family on the big day!
