Pink shoes and denim …. a match made in heaven.

Right now pink and denim couldn’t be much hotter. If you’re looking in your wardrobe and staring at countless pairs of denim jeans and wondering how you can make them look fresh you need to invest in a pair of pink  shoes. Maybe the word ‘invest’ is wrong as you really don’t need to spend a fortune to achieve a look that works. Believe me when I say that as I’ve spent as little as £12.99 on a pair of pink velvet pointed flats from HM that I’ve fallen in love with. Judging by the reaction they received on Instagram I’m not alone in thinking they look great!

There’s something about wearing feminine soft pinks against distressed worn denim that really does work. The two compliment each other effortlessly. Whether it’s distressed denim jeans or smarter wide leg flares the look is still fresh when twinned with pink shoes.

The winning combination isn’t exclusive to vintage shades of pink and blush tones …. vibrant pinks work just as well.

 

Pale pinks will definitely work well in your transitional wardrobe, not only will they sit perfectly alongside denim but they will also compliment the new key colours for the coming seasons.
